This is how we process your orders:

1. Planning

This initial and vital stage establishes many crucial details in the production of your chosen products. Material and production costs are calculated according to this step when drawing up a custom price offer.

Once the price offer is confirmed, delivery dates are established, and payment terms are confirmed; the production process of your order will then begin.

2. Manufacturing

We use contemporary and traditional methods to produce the summer houses and windows/doors that you ordered. The process consists of 6 parts: planning, cutting, milling, door/window making, gable making and packing.

The machinery used is from the leading German manufacturer Weinig. For cutting details, your order is cut using the Dimter Opticut, which has a sharpness of 0.1 mm and a Twin Auer for milling the features. With these machines, you can be sure of meticulous precision for connections that will match up perfectly.

Devoted professionals work their hardest to fulfil your orders. All gables for summer houses and cabins are carefully made by professional carpenters. A separate unit of 20 carpenters produce doors and windows. You can trust the packing team to ensure that quality and precision control for each product is being maintained at all times.

3. Transportation

Our delivery trucks are strategically loaded with ease of assembly and offloading in mind. When it comes to summer houses, wooden windows and doors, these are all carefully arranged during shipping to maximise efficiency and minimise cost.

Raum has long-standing logistical transportation partners (DHL) to keep your transportation expenses as low as possible. If needed, we can load the products on trucks that you have arranged yourself or ship the products in instalments.
